By registering for and using the services provided by Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL), including access via our website and mobile application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Airline Crew Fares

• Only for Malaysian citizens using the Touch ‘n Go facility in the MyKAD as the ticket medium.

• Must be currently employed by an airline. Any change in the employer or employment status must be reported to ERL in writing within three working days.

• The MyKAD ticket must be used only by the person whose name appears on the card.

• Any violation of the above terms will result in a penalty of RM20 and the maximum one-way fare charged, and the immediate blacklisting of the MyKAD as a ticket.


  1. Airport Staff Fares

• Only for Malaysian citizens using the Touch ‘n Go facility in the MyKAD as the ticket medium.

• Must be a valid KLIA/KLIA2 airport pass holder. Any change in the employer or employment status must be reported to ERL in writing within three working days.

• The MyKAD ticket must be used only by the person whose name appears on the card.

• Any violation of the above terms will result in a penalty of RM20 and the maximum one-way fare charged, and the immediate blacklisting of the MyKAD as a ticket.


  1. Monthly TravelCard / Weekly TravelCard

• Only for Malaysian citizens using the Touch ‘n Go facility in the MyKAD as the ticket medium.

• The MyKAD ticket must be used only by the person whose name appears on the card.

• Any violation of the above terms will result in a penalty of RM20 and the maximum one-way fare charged, and the immediate blacklisting of the MyKAD as a ticket.


  1. OKU Fares

• Only for Malaysian citizens using the Touch ‘n Go facility in the MyKAD as the ticket medium.

• Must be a valid holder of OKU card issued by Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM).

• The MyKAD ticket must be used only by the person whose name appears on the card.

• Any violation of the above terms will result in a penalty of RM20 and the maximum one-way fare charged, and the immediate blacklisting of the MyKAD as a ticket.


  1. Senior Citizen Fares

• Only for Malaysian citizens (60 years & above) using the Touch ‘n Go facility in the MyKAD as the ticket medium.

• The MyKAD ticket must be used only by the person whose name appears on the card.

• Any violation of the above terms will result in a penalty of RM20 and the maximum one-way fare charged, and the immediate blacklisting of the MyKAD as a ticket.


  1. Student Fares

• Only for Malaysian citizens using the Touch ‘n Go facility in the MyKAD as the ticket medium, and holding a valid Kad Diskaun Siswa 1 Malaysia (KADS1M).

  1. o Secondary School (Aged 16 & above)
  2. o Higher Learning Institutes (Must currently be enrolled in a recognised institution of higher learning)

• Any changes in the student status must be reported to ERL in writing within three working days.

• Must be currently enrolled in a recognised institution of higher learning. Any change in the student status must be reported to ERL in writing within three working days.

• The MyKAD ticket must be used only by the person whose name appears on the card.

• Any violation of the above terms will result in a penalty of RM20 and the maximum one-way fare charged, and the immediate blacklisting of the MyKAD as a ticket.


  1. Tour Guide Fares

• Only for Malaysian citizens using the Touch ‘n Go facility in the MyKAD as the ticket medium.

• Must be currently registered and licensed as a tour guide with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture. Any change in the tour guide status must be reported to ERL in writing within three working days.

• The MyKAD ticket must be used only by the person whose name appears on the card.

• Any violation of the above terms will result in a penalty of RM20 and the maximum one-way fare charged, and the immediate blacklisting of the MyKAD as a ticket.
